Women OnLine - Basic Internet

This manual was originally published by AMARC European Women's Network. Croatian version is published by CESI (2002), translated by Ana Naglić and edited and adapted by Marijana Mijat and Sanja Galeković.

The manual is aimed at women and modified according to the needs of women NGOs activists. It offers insight into basic knowledge and skills in using of programmes such as Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, Eudora, but also all the other services that Internet offers and that we use in creating women's activism in the virtual space. Besides described usage of programmes, the configurations of software and hardware are described in order to help them connect to Internet. Additionally, one can also find there Internet providers, web pages of women's groups and many other instructions how to obtain more information and become a part of women's activism on line.
